BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A Bed-Stuy woman with a reported history of domestic violence fatally stabbed her boyfriend in the neck early Sunday morning, police said.

Octavia Elliot, 30, was charged with second degree murder for stabbing Ramel Patterson, 33, in the neck and arm after he was found unconscious at 383 Pulaski St. at about 3:30 a.m. Sunday, the NYPD said.

Paramedics rushed Patterson to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced dead, officials said.

Police recovered the apparent murder weapon on the scene and immediately arrested Elliot, police said.

She has at least eight prior arrests in New York, mostly for marijuana possession and prostitution, an NYPD spokesman said.

In 2007 Elliot bashed a man over the head with a glass Colt .45 bottle, and in 2013 she stabbed her child's father in the hand, face and neck with a screwdriver, the Daily News reported.

In 2014, Elliot was arrested for stabbing the father of her child in the hand in Pahrump, Nevada, near Las Vegas, according to the Pahrump Valley Times.

It was not immediately clear if the victim in the two stabbings was the same man.

The victim's mother, Patricia Scott, told reporters that Elliot had struggled from mental illness, the Daily News reported.

A judge ordered Elliot held without bail, according to a spokeswoman for the Brooklyn District Attorney's office. She is due back in court on Friday.
