MIDTOWN — New Yorkers looking for a fine dining experience can look no further as reservations for NYC Restaurant Week open Monday.
From July 24 to Aug. 18, diners can take in three-course, prix fixe dinners for $42 at almost 400 participating restaurants during the almost month-long event, which is celebrating its 25th anniversary. Three course, prix fixe lunches can be had for $29. (All prices exclude beverages, gratuity and tax.)

There are 33 new restaurants in the semi-annual event, including Benjamin Steakhouse Prime at 23 E 40th St. in Midtown, The Tuck Room at 11 Fulton St. near the South Street Seaport and Lorenzo’s Restaurant, Bar & Cabaret at 1100 South Ave. in Staten Island.

For the first time ever, diners can participate in four NYC Restaurant Week Summer Tasting Series events where they can try chef-selected wine pairings for $75.
The events will be held at Bâtard Tribeca in Lower Manhattan on July 24; Buttermilk Channel in Carroll Gardens on Aug. 1: Maiella in Long Island City on Aug. 6; and Amada in Lower Manhattan on Aug. 14. Ticket proceeds will support NYC charities City Harvest, Citymeals on Wheels and Food Bank NYC.
