FINANCIAL DISTRICT — A thief on a bike grabbed a man's iPhone as he snapped photos outside of the World Trade Center Oculus, police said.
The 24-year-old victim was taking pictures with an iPhone 7 outside of the winged transportation hub at about 9 p.m. on Feb. 18, when a bike-riding man snatched the phone from his hands, and continued to peddle away.
Police were still investigating the theft.
