MANHATTAN — A clerk at a Greenwich Village sex shop was stabbed by one of three thieves who robbed the shop Sunday morning, NYPD officials said.
The 63-year-old man was stabbed inside Xcellent DVD at 515 Sixth Ave., near West 13th Street, about 4:40 a.m., police said.
The suspects then grabbed cash from the register before fleeing west on West 13th Street, police said. Video released Sunday shows them passing by 118 W. 13th St., police said.
The victim was treated at Bellevue Hospital and released, police said.
One suspect is described as approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall and 160 pounds, police said. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt with a surgical mask, police said.
The second suspect is about 6 feet tall and 170 pounds and was last seen in a camouflage jacket, police said.
The third suspect wore a red and black flannel jacket, police said.
