CHELSEA — A comedy club patron scratched a man’s neck during an argument inside the venue, the NYPD said.
The 52-year-old victim got into an argument with the 54-year-old attacker at the Gotham Comedy Club, at 208 W. 23rd St. near Seventh Avenue, around 7:16 p.m. on Jan. 28 when the latter scratched the right side of his neck, police said.
The victim was left with two cuts on his neck, and the 54-year-old man was arrested, the NYPD said.
It wasn’t clear whether the victim was a club employee or another patron.
The club and its owner did not immediately respond to requests for comment Wednesday.

► A 47-year-old man parked his Vespa in front of his home on West 28th Street, between Eighth and Ninth avenues, around 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 26, the NYPD said. When he got home after work around 7:15 p.m., he discovered someone had scratched the scooter and stolen a $250 Bluetooth helmet from inside the storage case attached to it.
► A 54-year-old man had just delivered a package to the Starrett-Lehigh Building at 601 W. 26th St., between 11th and 12th avenues, around 5:40 p.m. on Jan. 23, when he returned to his vehicle and discovered someone had removed a garment bag with $500 worth of merchandise inside, police said. The man told police he’d left his doors unlocked.
