BEDFORD-STUYVESANT — A nationwide daycare and early education center is slated to open a new location on the Bedford-Stuyvesant and Clinton Hill border.

The Learning Experience, a Florida-based chain with more than 200 outposts in 19 states, signed a lease this month for an 11,300-square-foot space at 333 Greene Ave., according to a real estate representative.

The center will take over a portion of the ground floor of the building near Franklin Avenue, though no details were available on when the location will debut.

The Learning Experience will be the first commercial tenant at the mixed-use property, said James Monteleone of All Points Real Estate who brokered the deal on behalf of building owner Bonjour Capital.

“It’s a great place for children and families, and there’s nothing else like it in the area,” Monteleone said of the neighborhood, adding that the area had an “emerging cultural scene.”

The education franchise operates seven locations in New York City catering to children as young as six weeks old, according to its website.

News of the latest Brooklyn spot was first reported by the Commercial Observer.

A representative for The Learning Experience did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
