Police Find Machete, Swords, Guns and Drugs in South Ozone Park Home

QUEENS — Police found a machete, two tiger-hook swords, guns and drugs during a search of a South Ozone Park home Thursday, police said.

Officers entered the the house on 123rd Street near Hawtree Creek Road and found the three swords, a Raven semi-automatic handgun, three BB gun rifles, and an unspecified amount of marijuana and pills around 6 a.m., police said.

Three residents —  Kholwatie Argune, 48, Jason Nero, 21, and Hector Rentas, 20 — were arrested and charged with criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of marijuana, police said.

Police did not provide information on why the house was being searched in the first place.
