UPPER EAST SIDE — An unconscious man on the tracks at the 77th Street subway station caused 6 trains to bypass the stop Tuesday afternoon, according to the MTA and NYPD.

The person — who was not struck by a train — was discovered on the tracks around 1:35 p.m. Tuesday, according to an MTA alert.

The man was taken to a hospital for evaluation, police said. Information about his identity and injuries were not immediately available, the FDNY said.

All 6 trains were being rerouted to the express line in both directions between 42nd Street-Grand Central and 125th Street, according to the MTA.
