GRAMERCY — Four people who live-streamed a video on Facebook of themselves holding BB guns inside a Gramercy Park Hotel room were arrested Tuesday night, NYPD sources said.

Police received a call about a live video showing a group of people posing with BB guns inside a guest room at the 2 Lexington Ave. hotel, near 22nd Street, and notified hotel security at about 4:20 p.m., according to sources.

Security guards went up to the room and heard someone on the other side of the door saying, "be careful with that, you can get shot," sources said.

Police responded to the scene shortly, and after a brief standoff, arrested two men and two women, sources said.

Charges for those individuals are still pending, a police spokesman said, who could not immediately release their identities.

Officers seized what they believed to be six BB guns and drug paraphernalia, the spokesman said.

Officers clad in bulletproof vests with NYPD dogs could be seen entering and exiting the hotel before the arrests.

A Gramercy Park Hotel employee declined to comment over the telephone.

Editor's note: Police sources initially said five people were taken into custody, but the NYPD later clarified that there were only four arrests.
