MIDTOWN — A dead man was found sitting on a subway bench at the Penn Station stop early Sunday morning, police said.
Police officers discovered the unconscious 39-year-old man on the northbound A train platform of the subway station at West 34th Street and Eighth Avenue around 2:20 a.m., the NYPD said.
Emergency responders pronounced the unidentified man dead in the station, police said.
The body showed no apparent signs of trauma and the cause of death has yet to be determined by the Medical Examiner, according to police.
