PROSPECT HEIGHTS — A 68-year-old man was found dead in Mount Prospect Park on Sunday afternoon, police said.
Moses King, who lived on nearby St. John's Place between Underhill and Plaza Street East, was found unconscious and unresponsive, but with no signs of trauma to the body at 1:42 p.m., police said.
Emergency medical personnel pronounced King dead at the scene, police said.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death and the NYPD was still investigating the incident as of Monday morning, police said.
The park is off Eastern Parkway between the main branch of the Brooklyn Public Library and the Brooklyn Museum.
