THE BRONX — A masked man armed with a box cutter stole hundreds of dollars from a Claremont laundromat, police said.

The thief nabbed $300 from a laundromat on the corner of 170th Street and College Avenue around 7 p.m. Oct. 2, police said.

The unidentified man pointed his box cutter at a 31-year-old female employee, grabbed the cash from the register and fled in an unknown direction, according to the NYPD.

Police describe the suspect as man in his 30s, standing 6 feet tall and weighing 200 pounds. He was last seen with a black hat pulled over his face wearing a blue and gray jacket and dark jeans.
