ASTORIA — A teen was stabbed during an argument with several men outside of a local drug store on Friday, according to the NYPD.

The 19-year-old victim got into a dispute with several men outside of a Duane Reade at 40-02 Broadway near Steinway Street just before 5:30 p.m., when one of the men came up from behind him and stabbed him in the lower torso with a sharp object, police said.

The assailants, between the ages of 30 and 50 years old, then fled the scene, according to authorities.

The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital and treated for non-life threatening injuries, police said.
