MANHATTAN — The man who slashed another straphanger across the face during a fight in the Bryant Park subway station can be seen in surveillance video released Thursday, police said.

The man, in a V-neck shirt, got into a fight with a 38-year-old man on a northbound D train about 10:18 a.m. Thursday, and slashed his face, chest, stomach and hands, NYPD officials said.

The victim was listed in stable condition at an area hospital, police said.

The suspect fled the train at the 42nd Street station and hadn't been arrested as of Friday morning, police said.

He is about 6 feet tall, 235 pounds and was last seen wearing the dark V-neck long-sleeved shirt with dark pants, police said.

Anyone with information should contact Crime Stoppers at (800) 577-TIPS (8477).
