QUEENS — A man groped a woman while she was riding up an escalator with her son at a Jackson Heights subway station early Saturday morning, according to the NYPD.

The 31-year-old woman was with her 13-year-old son at the 74th Street 7 train station at about 12:50 a.m. on Aug. 6 when the man grabbed her buttocks from behind, police said.

The woman then followed the man up to the train platform and snapped his photo before the suspect fled, an NYPD spokesman said.

The man is about 25 years old, 5 feet, 5 inches tall and 150 pounds, police said. He was last seen wearing a dark blue T-shirt and jeans.
