GREENPOINT — Whether it's a rare Pokemon causing a stampede in Central Park or an absorbed player falling into the Prospect Park Pond, New Yorkers are gaga for Pokemon GO.

McCarren Park, with its verdant lawns, ample shade and sun, access to water and plenty of grub to snack on, offer the perfect habitat for Pokemon of all types.

Not to mention you can take a lovely summer stroll around the park while on the hunt.
