BROOKLYN — You can find out how to apply for affordable housing this Thursday in Clinton Hill

The Fifth Avenue Committee will be hosting a free affordable housing seminar at 6:30 p.m. at the Brown Memorial Baptist Church, at 484 Washington Ave. and Gates Avenue.

At the seminar, New Yorkers can learn how to correctly fill out and submit applications for affordable housing lotteries, how to create profiles on the city’s Housing Connect website, and how to increase their chances of landing an affordable apartment. The workshop will also cover income, credit and other requirements needed to apply for affordable housing.

Developer Two Trees has not yet announced when the affordable housing lottery will open for BAM South or what the rates will be.
