HELL’S KITCHEN — A robber stole a pizza delivery man’s phone and cash after threatening him with a gun, the NYPD said.

The 24-year-old told police he was delivering pizza to a Harborview Terrace building at 520 W. 56th St., between 10th and 11th avenues, around 5:20 p.m. on June 23 when a man he didn’t know rode up in the elevator with him.

The man got off the elevator one floor before the 24-year-old, who arrived at the apartment of the person who had ordered pizza, police said.

But after the apartment’s residents told the delivery man they hadn’t ordered anything, he returned to the lobby and tried to call the number listed on the order, the NYPD said.

While he was calling, the man he’d seen in the elevator earlier came up to him and displayed a black firearm, police said.

"Give me the money," the man said, according to police.

The robber fled with the delivery man’s work ID, cell phone and $60 in cash, the NYPD said.
