TIMES SQUARE — Yoga enthusiasts can look for inner peace in the middle of Times Square next week.

On Monday, the Times Square Alliance is offering a full day of free yoga classes for its 14th annual “Solstice in Times Square: Mind Over Madness Yoga,” which “celebrate[s] the longest day of the year and beginning of the summer season.”

Sessions will take place throughout the day, kicking off at 5 a.m. and wrapping up at 8:30 p.m.

“Come stretch, breathe and meditate in Times Square to find peace within New York City, the world and ourselves,” Times Square Alliance president Tim Tompkins said in a statement.

“Solstice in Times Square is proof that even in the most frenetic environments, one can, and should, take time to find harmony,” he added.

Yoga enthusiasts of any skill level are invited to attend the sessions.

There will also be a “Yoga Village” set up between West 44th and 45th streets at the intersection of Broadway and Seventh Avenue, which will include activities, booths and giveaways.

Participants can register online. Registered attendees will receive a free yoga mat.

“You’ll find your Spirit dancing like a Broadway diva in the company of so many other inspired yogis," Solstice in Times Square co-founder Douglass Stewart added in a statement.
