MORNINGSIDE HEIGHTS — Hopefuls looking to replace Charles Rangel in Congress debate for the fourth time Monday.

Stay-at-home father Michael Gallagher, State Sen.Adriano Espaillat, Ambassador-at-Large for International Religious Freedom Suzan Johnson Cook, former State Assemblyman Adam Clayton Powell IV, former senior aide to President Bill Clinton Clyde Williams, and Manhattan Assemblymen Guillermo Linares and Keith Wright are all expected to attend.

The event will focus on issues specifically affecting seniors.

The election to represent the 13th Congressional District, which covers upper Manhattan and parts of The Bronx, will be held on June 28.

Monday's debate is sponsored by AARP-NY, WABC-TV (ABC7), The Amsterdam News, El Diario, Univisión and its radio partner WADO, and WBLS (107.5 FM). 

It will be held at the Riverside Church, at 490 Riverside Drive, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Doors open at 4 p.m.
