HELL’S KITCHEN — Two girls were arrested after getting into a fight at a high school, and a 16-year-old was punched in the face in a second school in unrelated incidents, the NYPD said.

A 17-year-old student at the High School for Environmental Studies at 444 W. 56th St., between Ninth and 10th avenues, told police she had gotten in an argument with an 18-year-old student in the hallway around 9 a.m. on May 12 when the 18-year-old hit her in the face, scratching her left eye and her neck.

The attack escalated into a fight after which both girls were arrested, police said.

They each received desk appearance tickets, the NYPD said.

A day earlier, a 16-year-old student at the High School of Graphic Communication Arts at 439 W. 49th St., between Ninth and 10th avenues., told police he was sitting in the auditorium around 12:25 p.m. when another student reached over and punched him in the face.

The student wasn’t left with any visible injuries, the NYPD said.
