MURRAY HILL — NYU Langone Medical Center has signed a lease for a new 25-story office building on East 41st Street, according to representatives of the hospital.

NYU Langone on Thursday announced it had inked a 30-year lease for the entirety of 222 E. 41st St., a 25-story office building at the corner of Tunnel Exit Street, where the research hospital will house medical offices and and ambulatory care facilities, officials said.

Services available at the new offices will include ophthalmology, plastic surgery, neurology, urology, dermatology, orthopedics, and radiology, along with doctors’ offices, according to NYU Langone spokeswoman DJ Haffeman.

The hospital will begin moving into the building by the end of 2016, according to a press release from landlord Columbia Property Trust, which bought the building in 2007 for $320 million, property records show.

In addition to the main NYU Medical School campus at 550 First Ave. in Kips Bay, Langone already has a significant presence in Murray Hill, including the Center for Musculoskeletal Care on East 38th Street and First Avenue and the Rusk Rehabilitation Center at East 38th Street and Second Avenue.
