CLINTON HILL — A seven-story condo building on Waverly Avenue has topped out and prospective tenants can now sign up for priority listings information, according to published reports.

Waverly Brooklyn, at 500 Waverly Ave. at Fulton Street, will offer studio to four-bedroom apartments starting in the upper $500,000, real estate blog 6sqft reports.

The 78-foot tall building, designed by GKV Architects, will accommodate 48 condo units between the second and seventh floors, for a total of 46,797 square feet of residential space, according to Department of Buildings filings. The first floor will feature 7,128 square feet of retail space.

Amenities include a roof deck, storage space, an exercise room and recreation space according to the filings. While the DOB filings listed 24 planned parking spaces, a spokeswoman for the development said Monday that there will be 33 parking spaces.

Many of the units will feature private outdoor space, reports Curbed NY.

Developer Orange Management purchased the site, which was previously a parking lot, in 2013 for just more than $9 million, according to Curbed

Sales are expected to begin this spring and the building is expected to be completed later this year.

Waverly Brooklyn is just one of several condo buildings currently under construction in Clinton Hill.

A massive mixed-use residential complex at 810 Fulton St. will bring nearly 400 apartments to Clinton Hill, and another building at 555 Waverly Ave. will bring 120 apartments to the neighborhood, according to 6sqft.
