FINANCIAL DISTRICT —  A 70-year-old woman had her hearing aid batteries, along with $600 and 250 Euros taken from her bag while she waited in line at Starbucks last week, police said.

The woman, a tourist from England, was in line for coffee at the 38 Park Row coffee shop at about 12:55 p.m. on Feb. 15 when she realized her bag was open and her hearing aid batteries, cash and Visa card were gone.

The Starbucks, located near the Brooklyn Bridge, is often filled with tourists, and, like other Lower Manhattan Starbucks, can be a hotspot for thefts, police said.
