HAMILTON HEIGHTS – Pizza rat, is that you?

Washington Heights resident, Julie Bogen, caught an Uptown rat dashing through the tracks of the A and C-line at 145th Street Thursday night with a half-eaten pizza tucked securely in its mouth.

Bogen, who said she works in social media, captured the moment on Twitter, because it would be “silly not to,” she said.

“It’s happening again,” she said, “Might as well jump on the bandwagon and relive the moment.”

The original pizza rat was captured on video dragging a whole slice pizza down a flight of subway stairs at the First Avenue L train station.

Although Uptown's pizza rat wasn't as ambitious, hauling just a smaller piece, Bogen said she admires the work the rat was putting into carrying along the food.

“They’re so committed," Bogen said, "you just have to appreciate it."
