UPPER EAST SIDE — An 85-year-old man shot himself to death inside a car on East 72nd Street Tuesday morning, police sources said.
The mentally-ill man was found inside a white Buick LaCrosse on East 72nd Street and First Avenue about 8 a.m., the NYPD said.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
