QUEENS — A 35-year-old man was arrested and charged in connection with a fatal shooting in Jamaica last Saturday which police officials called a “drug-related revenge.”

On Wednesday, Neon Osouna was charged with murder and criminal possession of a weapon for killing Donald Reed, also 35, who was shot in the neck and torso at about 6:45 a.m. on Guy Brewer Boulevard, between 107th and 108th avenues, authorities said.

Reed was pronounced dead at Jamaica Hospital Saturday, police said.

Both Reed and Osouna lived within one block from where the shooting took place, according to the NYPD.

Osouna, who police officials said had about 10 prior arrests, mostly drug-related, has not been arraigned as of Thursday morning, the Queens District Attorney’s Office said.

Reed also had several prior drug-related arrests, police officials said.

Reed, a father of three, was leaving a party with his pregnant girlfriend when the shooting occurred, according to published reports.
