HARLEM — A Getty gas station across the street from the National Action Network on 145th Street is set to be demolished, records show.

The station’s landlord, 119 West 145th LLC, filed two separate demolition permits with the city’s Department of Buildings on Dec. 17.

One permit is for the gas station’s canopy. The other is for the one-story convenience store in the back.

Records show the lot also includes a garage on the east side of the property, but there are no current plans to demolish the garage.

It is unclear what type of structure will replace the gas station canopy and convenience store. The owner did not immediately respond to questions about the project, and an employee at the convenience store was unaware of the demolition plans.

Getty is one of three gas stations on 145th Street.
