BROOKLYN — A 10-year-old girl underwent surgery after her mom's boyfriend raped her in her Bushwick home in October, police said.
The girl is now listed in stable condition after Edwin P. Caizaguano, 24, raped her in her Moffat Street home near Trinity Cemetery on Oct. 19 about 6 p.m., an NYPD spokesman said.
Caizaguano, who can be seen in a photo released by police, had not been arrested as of Tuesday morning, police said.
Caizaguano, who also goes by the name Patricio, is about 5-foot-3 and 110 pounds, police said.
