UPPER EAST SIDE — "Law & Order: SVU" actress Stephanie March and the show's head makeup artist, Rebecca Perkins, are opening their second makeup shop on East 60th Street on Friday, complete with a make-it-yourself lipstick counter.

Rouge New York, at 220 E. 60th St. near Third Avenue, offers a menu of makeup styles, from a more natural look to a "total polish." Makeup application prices start at $50.

Rouge New York also offers help with Halloween makeup.

The new location, the second in the city with another shop in SoHo, will also feature a "Bespoke Beauty Bar," where shoppers can create custom lip gloss, lipstick or lip stain in minutes, the company said.

The shop also offers waxing, eyebrow shaping and tinting and time with a personal makeup assistant for those who want advice on what products to use.

March, who played as Assistant District Attorney Alex Cabot on "Law & Order: SVU," and Perkins, who's worked as a makeup artist for March for the past decade, opened their first shop in December 2013.

The two decided to open up shop on East 60th Street after getting many Upper East Side clients coming to their SoHo location and asking for a storefront closer to home, according to the company.

Once Rouge New York will be open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays. It will be closed on Sundays. The shop takes walk-ins and appointments.
