EAST HARLEM — A gunman mugged a Domino's delivery man of $20 and laughed as his victim handed over the money, police said.

William Holland, 25, pistol-whipped the delivery man who had dropped off pizza at the suspect's 107 E. 126th St. apartment Nov. 16 just after midnight.

After a friend paid for the pie, Holland pointed a gun at the victim and demanded, "give me your money," according to the NYPD.

Officers searched the building but couldn't locate Holland or his accomplice, who got away with the victim's phone and cash.

About two hours later they got another call to the same building. This time, Holland is suspected of following a man into the elevator and pulling out a gun, police said.

The 32-year-old victim ran out of the elevator and into the street.

Holland, who has five warrants for drug dealing and bail jumping, was arrested Thursday. He has been charged with felony assault and criminal mischief and is in jail on $50,000 bail, records show.

He is due in court Jan. 6.

Holland's attorney declined to comment.
