MANHATTAN — A fire broke out in a Harlem apartment building Monday afternoon, officials said.
The flames erupted at 229 W. 115th St., near Adam Clayton Powell Jr. Boulevard, about 1:56 p.m., an FDNY spokesman said.

The fire was still raging as of 2:20 p.m., officials said.
It was not immediately clear if anyone was injured in the blaze.
