MANHATTAN — Investigators released a photo of a man they want to question in the fatal shooting of one man that also wounded two others in Penn Station during a drug dispute Monday morning.

Police want to question Vincent Arcona, 27, they said Tuesday. He was not immediately considered a suspect in the shooting.

Angel Quiñones, 43, William Lamboy, 45, and Ed Torres, 48, were in a McDonald's at 490 Eighth Ave., when a man in a hoodie started an argument with them that spilled into the street, NYPD officials said.

The man in the hoodie may have wanted to take over the trio's drug-selling territory, sources said.

He shot them in the nearby subway station, police said.

Quiñones, a father to a 13-year-old boy, was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.

The two others were treated at Bellevue Hospital, police said.

The suspect fled the scene after the shooting, police said. He had not been arrested as of Tuesday afternoon, police said.
