PROSPECT HEIGHTS — What will $6.8 million get you at the Pacific Park (née Atlantic Yards) complex?

A 2,859-square-foot penthouse condo with a wrap-around terrace, according to the developers of the Prospect Heights megaproject who put the property on the market this week.

The unit is one of three penthouses at the top of 550 Vanderbilt Ave., the luxury building now under construction at the corner of Dean Street and Vanderbilt Avenue, one of four towers currently being built at the 22-acre complex by Greenland Forest City Partners.

The property was unveiled Thursday night at the opening of the building’s sale office, celebrated at the 40/40 Club inside the nearby Barclays Center; the office is now open at 179 Flatbush Ave. inside the arena.

At the party, the developers showcased the new condo building — where units start at $625,000, they said — with a specially made basketball jersey with the name “Vanderbilt” and the number 550 on the back.

A rendering of the penthouse for sale by architecture firm COOKFOX shows the property’s expansive views from the 17th floor of the building, as well as its 1,800-square-foot terrace.

In addition to 550 Vanderbilt Ave., GFCP is constructing a rental building of affordable units at the corner of Dean Street and Carlton Avenue and two additional towers adjacent to the Barclays Center on Dean Street between Flatbush and Sixth avenues. Last week, the developers unveiled a fifth tower, 615 Dean St., to begin construction sometime this winter.

When complete, the complex will include 14 residential towers and a yet-to-be-determined building planned to replace the electronics store P.C. Richard and sporting goods store Modell’s located across the street from the sports arena on Flatbush Avenue.
