PORT RICHMOND — Three teens were arrested after they tried to break into the home of one of their girlfriends after an argument, a law enforcement source said.

Elliot Knight, 19, allegedly got into a fight with the mother of his child in front of her Sharpe Avenue home on Monday, the source said. A third person intervened in the fight and Knight left.

He later returned with Henry Degroat, 17, and Raequan Clesca, 19, and tried to break down the door of the building while Knight pointed a .22 caliber Colt Peacemaker at the women who was outside her apartment, the source said.

"I'm going to kill you," Knight told the woman, according to court papers.

When police arrived at 10:45 p.m., they found Clesca inside the vestibule of the building with the gun at his feet, according to court documents.

All three people were listed as members of the "Grimmy Bosses" gang by police.

Knight, Degroat and Clesca were charged with burglary, criminal possession of a weapon, criminal possession of a firearm, menacing, criminal mischief and criminal trespass at their Tuesday arraignment, according to the Staten Island District Attorney's office.

Knight and Clesca were held on $5,000 bail and they're due back in court on Friday, according to online court records.

Degroat was released without bail.

Their lawyers did not respond to requests for comment.
