EDGEMERE — A suspect came up behind a man walking through the Ocean Bay Houses and stabbed him in the neck last week, police said.
The 40-year-old victim was walking through the complex at 10:45 a.m. on Aug. 17 when the suspect stabbed him in the neck with an unknown object, according to the NYPD.
He was brought to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition.
The suspect fled, and is described as approximately 25 years old. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt and red baseball hat.
