Stephen Colbert's "The Late Show" debut on Sept. 8 draws ever closer as sandwiches are renamed in his honor and a new marquee is unveiled in his name.
And on Sunday the comedian was in Union Square with "over 600 friends" to tape a segment for the show, several outlets reported.
