BUSHWICK — Is Roberta's in Bushwick? The answer might not be so clear.
Dozens of locals have already drawn their own borders for Bushwick as part of DNAinfo's interactive neighborhood map — but where Williamsburg ends and Bushwick begins seems to be a point of contention.
Businesses popping up in the trendy industrial stretch between the Morgan Avenue and Montrose Avenue L stops, including Roberta's, virtually all self-identify as being in Bushwick.
Residents also tend to agree
But many drew the neighborhood's northern border at Flushing Avenue, a designation that would exclude places like Roberta's and Tutu's, which have become secondhand for "Bushwick."
For Bushwick's Community Board 4, Flushing Avenue marks the end of its coverage area.
