WILLIAMSBURG — A teen was robbed in Williamsburg last week by a crew of three passing by in a red Mustang, police said.

The boy, 17, and another person were walking on North Fifth Street near Driggs Avenue toward home on Tuesday, July 28 around 11 p.m. when three unknown men in a red Mustang approach them, police said.

Officials said one man grabbed the teen around the neck, while another one displayed a razor and pressed against the other victim. All three men then said "Run your pockets" and took gold jewelry, cash and phones from the victims, police said.

Two of the men then got back into the car and drove east on North Fifth Street. The third man walked in the same direction, police said.

The car was later recovered near South Fourth Street and Keap Street.

Police are investigating the incident.
