EAST HARLEM — Four men pulled a livery cab driver out of his car, punched him and stole $160.

The 51-year-old victim was parked near 141st Street and Fifth Avenue about 3:40 a.m. on July 29 waiting for a call from his base, when the group approached his cab, according to the NYPD.

One of the men asked, “Are you working,” before pulling the man from the taxi. One of the men punched the driver while another looked through the center console and glove box, police said.

The four men rode off in bicycles, police said.
