MANHATTAN — An overhead wire problem sparked 30 minute delays in and out of Penn Station for NJ Transit and Amtrak trains Tuesday morning, officials said.

NJ Transit reported the problems about 6:18 a.m.
Trains returned to normal about 9:44 a.m., according to NJ Transit.
Trains in/out of #NYPenn are now operating on or close to schedule with residual delays to trains already en route
