SOHO — A bike-riding thief snatched a woman's wallet and phone from her hands as she walked along Spring Street, police said.

The 61-year-old Manhattan woman said a man on a bike rode past her in front of 278 Spring St., the location for the New York City Fire Museum, and quickly grabbed her wallet and Samsung Galaxy 4 cellphone out of her hand at about 1 p.m. on July 4, according to police reports.

Police were still investigating the incident, but he does not appear to be the same man suspected of snatching two cellphones last week in the East Village.
