WILLIAMSBURG — A "highly intoxicated" man was punched in the head multiple times before having his phone and wallet stolen in Williamsburg, police said.

The victim, 23, said he was approached by three men in their early 20s on Sunday, June 28, at about 4:10 a.m. near Marcy Avenue and Broadway, police said.

One of the men asked, “What’s in your pockets?” before punching the victim in the head, police said.

The muggers then sifted through the victim's pockets and took his iPhone 5 and wallet, police said.

One of the robbers was described as 5-foot 11-inches and 200 pounds. The second stood about 5-foot 9-inches and weighed 150 pounds, police said. The third man was described as about 5-foot 10-inches and 170 pounds.

No arrests have been made.
