HELL'S KITCHEN — Bienvenue, Les Halles.

Les Halles, the French brasserie chain that launched celebrity chef Anthony Bourdain's career, has filed documents for a liquor license at "Les Halles West" at 511 Ninth Ave.

Philip Laujaunie, head of the Les Halles Group, is listed as the applicant, DNAinfo has learned.

Les Halles' already has New York locations in Flatiron and the Financial District, which serve French classics like steak au poivre, foie gras, coq au vin, mussels, duck and choucroute garnie. Bourdain was executive chef at the chain for years.

The attorney representing the application declined to comment, and Lajaunie did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
