CROWN HEIGHTS — A thief ransacked a Crown Heights woman's apartment and made off with $7,000 in cash and a pair of $600 Balenciaga shoes last week, police said.
The 23-year-old victim said she returned from a school field trip with her daughter on Friday night to find her 712 Crown St. apartment in disarray and her cash and designer shoes missing, officials said.
The burglary took place sometime between 7 a.m. and about 11 p.m. on June 19, police said.
No suspects have been identified and no arrests have been made.
