HAMILTON HEIGHTS — Apply for a $776 studio in East Harlem or a $1,341 four bedroom in the neighborhood through the city’s affordable housing lottery.

In fact, there are three separate lotteries currently open for properties in East Harlem, Hamilton Heights, and Central Harlem, according to the city’s Housing Connect website.

More than 70 affordable units ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments are up for grabs.

In East Harlem there are two units available at the newly renovated building on 423 East 117th St. They include a $776 studio and a $889 one-bedroom.

Income requirements vary from $26,606 to $41,460 depending on family size, according to the application. The application deadline is July 3.

In Hamilton Heights 20 units are available in two separate buildings — 801 Saint Nicholas Ave. and 1772 Amsterdam Ave. Both buildings are currently under construction.

Each building has units ranging from one-bedrooms to four. The monthly rent will be between $861 to $1,431 depending on the size.

Income requirements for the units range from $30,926 to $68,400. People can submit one application per development, according to the application.

The deadline is August 12.

Fifty affordable units will be available through the housing lottery in Central Harlem.

Like in Hamilton Heights, the units are split between two developments that are currently being gut renovated, according to Housing Connect.

The buildings — 155 West 145th St. and 2468 Seventh Ave. — have studios, one and two-bedrooms ranging from $922 to $1,682 per month.

Income requirements vary from $32,983 to $94,930, according to the application.

The deadline is August 3.
