THE BRONX — A mother was charged with abducting her 4-year-old daughter from a Bronx foster home Monday after the two were found in Queens, according to police

Dora Olarte, 48, who doesn't have custody of her daughter Mia, saw her during a supervised visit to the foster facility at 170 Brown Place, near East 136th Street, about 6:50 p.m. then left with the girl, NYPD officials said.

They were both found in good health somewhere in Queens Tuesday morning, an NYPD spokesman said.

They were taken to an area hospital for medical evaluation, the spokesman said.

Mia, who has Downs syndrome needs medication, state officials said.

Olarte was charged with custodial interference, acting in a manner injurious to a minor and enticement of a minor by a relative, according to police.
