Many New Yorkers take to Craigslist to find a new apartment or roommate, but one CUNY professor is looking for a different type of living space.

The ad poster is searching for a spot to park his off-the-grid “tiny house,” according a June listing.

While Brooklyn is preferred, he’s open to all boroughs as long as they have an open driveway, lot or backyard.

The 8-by-26-foot residence is eco-friendly with no water, electrical or sewage hook-ups, according to the Craiglist user, who said he’s a PhD student and CUNY teacher.

“The house is very beautiful, does not look like a trailer, nor an RV, certainly not an eye-sore,” the listing reads.

The “very quiet and discreet” poster is in the process of building his home, which would be completed by the end of next year, he told BrickUnderground.

If you’re interested in having a full-time backyard boarder, he’s willing to help out with tasks around the property.
