EAST VILLAGE — Construction on a dozen new luxury apartments — with amenities that include a ground-floor garage — is set to begin this month, according to its developer.

Each unit at Thirteen East + West, a development spread across 26,000 square feet over two buildings located at 436 and 442 E. 13th St., will have three bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, said David Amirian of the Amirian Group, which his developing the site with Bridgeton Holdings.

Other apartment features include kitchens equipped with Thermador- and Bosch-brand appliances, white oak flooring and black lacquer Lualdi doors from Italy, Amirian said.

The maisonette duplexes on the first floor of both buildings will also have their own outdoor patios while the penthouses will have their own rooftop decks and private garages on the ground floor.

Amirian would not say how much the apartments would cost, but Ryan Serhant, the host of “Million Dollar Listing,” said the apartments would start at $2.3 million and the penthouses at $3.4 million in an Instagram post before the show filmed an episode at the site on Thursday evening.

The developers hope to complete construction next year.
