HUNTERS POINT — Leave the kids at home for this one.
Neighborhood comedy club The Creek and The Cave is hosting a "Grown Ass Carnival" this month, where you'll be able to indulge in a margarita snow cone or hit up an advice booth for sex tips.
Admission to the June 14 event is $5. Proceeds will go to Lady Parts for Justice, a national group that uses humor to advocate for reproductive rights founded by Lizz Winstead, one of the creators of "The Daily Show."
Celebrity guests like comedian Ted Alexandro and actress Ally Sheedy (of "The Breakfast Club") will man the booths, which will feature "salacious twists on traditional carnival games" like R-rated Bingo, according to a press release.
There will also be palm and tarot card readers, carnival performers and advice booths, including one where you can query an expert from sex toy shop Babeland.
The day will culminate with a sex-themed storytelling show from 8 to 10 p.m. Tickets for the performance are $15 in advance or $20 at the door.
The Grown Ass Carnival will take place Sunday, June 14 from 3 to 10 p.m. at The Creek and The Cave, at 10-93 Jackson Ave. in Long Island City. For more information, visit the event's Facebook page.
